The candidates should be a graduate in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical engineering, with 10-20 yrs of experience, of which last 4-5 yrs should be in Wind Energy Industry. They should be thoroughly conversant with site development, EHV, sub-station and transmission lines, installation, testing & commissioning of wind turbines. They should have hands-on experience in liaisoning with government authorities and be aware of statutory approvals / requirements to set-up a wind farms. They should have proven experience in monitoring analyzing and optimizing performance of wind farms.
Land Acquisition (CEIL-002)
The candidates should be either an Engineer/ commerce/ law graduate with 5-12 yrs of experience in procurement /acquisition of vast tracks of land for industrial purpose, of which last 2-8 yrs should have been spent in acquiring land for wind farms. Candidate should be well versed in dealing with revenue officers at village, tehsil (Block) and District Level. Candidates with experience in acquiring forest land for wind farm development would be preferred.
Wind Resource (CEIL-003)
The candidates should be a graduate in Electrical/Mech Engineer with 4-10 yrs of experience in wind industry. They should be able to identify commercially potential virgin sites for development, select and install the wind mast and analyze the wind data thru WAsP / Wind Farmer / WindPro or equivalent software and freeze micrositing maps. The candidates should be able to assess suitability of various turbine models for sites, participate in selection of turbine models, and conduct Power Curve Guarantee tests.
Operations & Maintenance (CEIL-004)
The candidates should be a Diploma/graduate in Electrical/ Mechanical /Electronics Engineer with 2-10yrs of experience in O&M procedures for a wind farm. They should be well-versed with statutory requirements for installation and operations of a wind farm and QA norms for wind turbines.
The candidates should be CA with 7-10 yrs of experience in Infra Industry to handle accounts for preparation and finalization of financial statements both IGAAP and IFRS and taxation which includes Direct & Indirect.
Finance & Treasury (CEIL-006)
The Candidate should be CA with 3-5yrs of experience in Infra Industry to handle accounts for preparation and finalization of financial statements. Sound Knowledge in taxation is preferred.
Senior Executive -Accounts (CEIL-007)
The candidate should be post Graduate with minimum of 5 yrs experience with adequate knowledge of accounts and taxation (Direct & Indirect). Should be well versed with ERP Package Tally.
Asst. Company Secretary (CEIL-008)
Graduate/Post Graduate/CS with 3-6yrs of experience conversant with companies Act, Income Tax Act, Local laws etc & also well versed in dealing legal aspects of the company such as statutory compliance, legal compliance, preparation and holding of Board meetings, Notes Etc.
Executive Asst. to senior Management (CEIL-009)
Graduate with 3-5 yrs of experience preferably female with excellent communication skills, should have proven leadership & execution, monitor progress and assists projects managed by the company. Work closely with directs, reporting to CEO, Prepare for meeting/reviews by way of data/information compilation etc with min of 2yrs experience in wind industry.
Senior Manager-HR (CEIL-010)
The candidate should be post Graduate in Human Resources with minimum of 12-15 yrs experience of which min 4-5 yrs of exp in a infrastructure industry. He should have hands on experience to implement effective and appropriate HR Policies and Procedures, fostering conducive working environment through effective communication systems, manage and influence opportunities for continuous improvement and change, effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
